Bitmart is located in South Africa and offers Antminer Repair services. We merely facilitate warranty swop outs and repairs on Antminers outside their warranty periods or inside warranty. Bitmart is not liable or responsible for any decision taken by Bitmain to scrap or refuse repairs on a miner or its components. You the client acknowledge that you fully understand the risks associated with this repair process and that you Bitmart is 100% indemnified and cannot be liable for any loss or damage caused by any means whatsoever during the shipping or repair process.
If Bitmart is instructed by you to conduct the repair please note that you may under no circumstance interfere or intercept any part of the process as this may have serious repercussions and issues with the SARS Customs or Shipping Companies.
The Turn around time is dictated by Bitmain, not Bitmart. We will communicate with you regarding the process please do not request multiple updates.
The Costs associated with this transaction covers the following:
- Courier Cost to China.
- Technical Report and analysis by a Bitmart Technician before sending the miner.
- Transaction Fees Charged by I-Pay and/or Virtual Card Services.
- SARS Repair & Return Directive
- Bitmain Repair Ticket Process and follow-ups.
- Administration costs of the entire process.
- Testing of the returned machine with a Technical Report.
- Return of Miner to Customer via Globeflight.
NB. If a miner has been repaired and returned by Bitmain to Bitmart and it was Damaged during transit, Bitmart cannot be held liable and we will endeavour to persue a remedy with Bitmain but the client may need to pay associated costs again of returning the miner for the second time. This is a risk and please ensure you understand this risk before concluding this transaction.
